Designed by Furore Arkitektur and Oslo Works, Skogens rom sauna blends modern aesthetics with peaceful natural surroundings. With space for 10 people and a wood-burning stove to ensure warmth and relaxation from the start, it's an ideal spot for both unwinding and socializing.

Next to the sauna, you'll find a heated lounge—perfect for cooling down between sessions. For the more adventurous, a refreshing ice bath awaits right in the canal!

Private or Shared Experience

You can book the sauna privately for an exclusive experience or enjoy it in a shared setting. It's open year-round, with up-to-date opening hours available on the Skogens Rom booking calendar.

Location

The sauna is now idyllically located in a beautiful cultural landscape by the Telemark Canal – right between Lunde and the Vrangfoss Locks, along National Cycle Route No. 2. The sauna is the first part of the larger project Skogens rom – a concept that combines architect-designed cabins and nature experiences in the forest along the Telemark Canal.
