Hyllest cultivates and crafts organic elderflower beverages, hosting tasting events during the summer in the elderflower field Ringvirkning at Gåra between Bø and Gvarv.
We are the largest producer of elderflower drinks in Norway, and our founder Mie draws inspiration from her Danish roots to create delightful beverages that capture the essence of summer and sunshine. The distinctive climate and conditions in Central Telemark result in exceptionally flavorful flowers, and our beverages are available in local shops and restaurants throughout Telemark and Oslo. We harvest elderflowers and rhubarb from Rinde Gård at Akkerhaugen and from our newly established field at Gåra in Bø, and produce them at Epleblomsten in Sauar.
