The distinctive climate and conditions of Central Telemark yield exceptionally flavorful flowers, and our beverages are available in local shops and restaurants throughout Telemark and Oslo. We harvest elderflowers and rhubarb from Rinde Gård at Akkerhaugen and our newly established field at Gåra in Bø.
Our elderflower fields are arranged in circular formations, inviting visitors to explore them during activities such as biking. Additionally, our roadside stand is open 24/7 for the sale of Hyllest's products.
