This idyllic spot by the Lunde Lock, surrounded by forest, water, and cultural landscapes, is a natural starting point for experiences along the Telemark Canal.

Here you can enjoy nature or explore the area on land or on the water. The campsite offers spacious and practical pitches for motorhomes, caravans, and tents, with views of the canal. You can also rent a canoe, kayak, or bicycle to explore the local area. Within walking and cycling distance, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and great hiking opportunities.

First Camp Lunde is well adapted for guests with disabilities. The service building is designed to accommodate wheelchair users and people with visual impairments. The roads within the site have a firm surface and clear edge markings. Lunde Lock also has a wheelchair lift, so everyone can experience the Telemark Canal from the water. First Camp Lunde supports the Sunflower Label and aims to be a place where everyone feels welcome.
